Hong Kong Milk Tea and Egg Tart Class

Two and a half hours in a real cha chaan teng kitchen after the lunch rush. You will learn the tea blend, the pull, and the pastry lamination that makes the tart shell shatter. Everyone leaves with a box of tarts and a bag of our tea blend.
