You run the session as usual. Booking payments are passed to you with the commission deducted.
Payouts and supplier tooling arrive at launch. We will walk every partner through them before any booking is taken.
What it costs
Two rates, both with payment processing included. One for customers we bring you, a lower one for customers you bring yourself.

Questions studio owners ask
Do I have to give exclusivity?
No. You can keep selling directly and through any other channel you already use.
Who sets prices?
You do. We suggest keeping your MOKU price the same as your direct price so customers are never confused, but it is your decision.
When do I get paid?
Payout timing and method will be explained at launch, before any booking is taken. Nothing is charged, held or paid during the preview.
What about bookings from my own website or Instagram?
You will get a booking link and an embeddable widget for your own site or bio. Bookings that arrive that way run on the same calendar and payments as marketplace bookings, at a 5% platform fee with payment processing included, instead of the 20% commission.
Can I list on Klook or Toby too?
Yes. Being on other platforms does not affect your listing with us.
What does MOKU do for the commission?
Listing production and photography guidance, copy in English and Traditional Chinese, marketing across search and social, customer support for bookings, and handling of private and corporate enquiries.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancellation terms will be agreed with you before launch. You will not be asked to accept terms you have not seen.
How much work is it to set up?
One conversation and a few photos. We draft the listing with you and you approve it before it goes live.
Is MOKU live?
Not yet. We are building the marketplace in public and onboarding launch partners now. Listings on the site today are demo listings.
