Privacy
This is a draft privacy notice for the MOKU preview site. It will be replaced with a full notice before bookings open.

The short version
The preview site takes no payments. Partner studios can sign in to a studio account by email link. The only personal data we collect from visitors is what you choose to send us through a form.

Forms on this preview
When you submit the corporate enquiry or partner application form, your answers and contact details are sent to MOKU and stored securely with our database provider. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare your listing or quote. We do not sell them or share them with other studios or companies. A copy is also kept in your own browser so you can see what you sent. To have your submission deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

Analytics
The preview does not send analytics data to any provider. If we add analytics at launch, this notice will be updated first and any tool will be configured to respect your browser's privacy settings.

Cookies
The preview does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice is part of the page address, not a cookie.

Email
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Third-party services
Links to Instagram and other services take you to sites we do not control. Their privacy notices apply there.
- 7.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. During the preview we hold only email correspondence you have sent us. Contact us using the email address on the contact page.

We will publish a full privacy notice before launch and note the date of any change here.
