These are draft terms for the MOKU preview site. The site is pre-launch: no bookings are taken and no payments are processed. Full terms for bookings will be published before launch.

   About this preview

   MOKU ("we", "us") is a marketplace for creative classes and workshops in Hong Kong that is preparing to launch. This site is a preview. It exists to show how the marketplace will work and to collect enquiries from studios and companies.

2. 2.

   Demo listings

   The studios, hosts, prices, ratings and availability shown on this site are fictional demo listings. They do not represent real businesses and cannot be booked. Any resemblance to a real studio is unintended.

3. 3.

   No bookings or payments

   Nothing on this site creates a booking, reservation or contract for a class. The booking preview takes no payment and holds no place. We do not collect card details.

4. 4.

   Enquiries and applications

   The corporate enquiry and partner application forms are part of the preview. Submitting one does not create an agreement between you and us. What you submit is sent to MOKU so that we can reply to you.

5. 5.

   Using the site

   You may use this site for personal or business research. Please do not copy the site, scrape its content, or use it to impersonate MOKU or any studio.

6. 6.

   Content and ownership

   The MOKU name, wordmark, text, design and photography on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site freely.

7. 7.

   Third-party links

   The site links to third-party services such as Instagram. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

8. 8.

   No warranties

   The preview is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but content may change or be removed without notice. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the preview.

   Changes and contact
