About this experience
Led by a chef who spent fifteen years in hotel dim sum kitchens, this class covers the three things everyone orders. You will make the translucent har gow wrapper (the hard one), fold siu mai, and steam char siu bao from a dough you kneaded yourself. Everything is steamed, plated and eaten together at the end with pu-erh tea.
