About this experience

Bring a broken bowl or plate that means something to you, or choose one from the studio. A quiet, slow, oddly emotional two hours.

What you'll do

  1. 1Clean and bond the broken pieces
  2. 2Fill chips and gaps
  3. 3Gild the seams with gold powder

What you'll make

One repaired piece, ready to use after 24 hours of curing.

What's included

  • All materials including gold powder
  • A pre-broken ceramic if you have nothing to bring
  • Japanese tea
